Little Blue Jays Preschool Registration for 2022-2023

When: Thursday February 17, (1:00-7:00) & Friday February 18, (7:00-12:00)

(Appointments are Required)

Where: Telegraph Intermediate Building - 1265 Dooling Hollow Road, Festus, MO 63028

Starting at 7am you can call to set up a Registration Appointment Time
Ask for Emily at 636-937-6530
You will then be emailed a Student Information Sheet that will need to be returned before the
Registration Day either in person, by email or fax
Registration is for both in district and out of district students
Class choices will be on a first come basis, so the first person who schedules their appointment and turns in the student information sheet will get first choice and so on
In district students do have priority, therefore out of district students’ spots are not guaranteed until May 1
We will continue to accept applications until all spots are filled and then students will be placed on a waiting list

PLEASE BRING:
- Registration Fee of $50 (check or cash)(we do not have change)
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Record
- 2 Proofs of Residency (1) utility bill (water or electric) and (1) mortgage statement, rental agreement or real estate taxes (if you are an out of district family, you do not need proof of residency)
- Driver’s License of Guardian
- Any Legal Documentation (ex. custody papers)
The child and at least one parent/guardian will need to attend the appointment. This meeting will allow the director and some of our staff the opportunity to get to know your family, have you complete the registration paperwork, answer questions and a chance to setup a schedule that will best meet the individual needs of your child and family.
A screening of your child with Parents As Teachers will be set up for a later date

❏ Full Day / MWF (3 days) (8:00-3:00)

❏ Full Day / TTh (2 days) (8:00-3:00)

❏ 3 Hour / TTh (2 days) (8:00-11:15)

(3 hour class days are dependent on enrollment #s)

❏ Full Day / Everyday (8:00-3:00)

❏ Full Day / MWF (3 days) (8:00-3:00)

❏ Full Day / TTh (2 days) (8:00-3:00)

❏ Before School (6:45-8:00)

❏ After School (3:00-4:00)

❏ Kids Korner (4:00-6:00)

(Kids Korner is only for in-district students)

Current Pricing is as follows:

$27 a day for the full day program ($33 for out of district students)

$17 a day for the 3 hour program ($20 for out of district students)

We will offer before and after school care for an additional fee.
