Flu Vaccine Clinic
Jefferson R-7 School District will be partnering with the JCHD to provide flu shots to our students during the day on November 4th.
Here is the link to register your student(s) for the vaccination: https://jeffcohealth.jotform.com/212696272365967 This form will close on October 28th at 11:59pm, so please make sure interested individuals complete the form by that time.
