The Jefferson County Health Department will be in the district for the Jefferson R-7 Flu Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday, October 17th The clinic will be held during the school day for both students and staff.
Jefferson Registration Form: https://jeffcohealth.jotform.com/232574909453969. Students and staff register to receive a vaccine by completing the same form. This form will close on October 9th at 11:59pm, so please make sure to complete by that time.
