To sign up to take the ACT visit myact.org and set up a free account. To sign up online you need a debit/credit card. If a student is eligible to receive free/reduced lunch, they are also eligible to receive up to four ACT fee waivers total to use during their 11th or 12th grade. For information about the ACT fee waivers, please the Ms. Hammock.
I would recommend Juniors taking the ACT in October or December of this year.
Cost is $60.00 or $85.00 for the ACT Plus Writing. It is NOT recommended for students to take the ACT with Writing unless a college specifically requests it.
The CEEB Code or High School code for Jefferson High School when you sign up for the ACT/SAT is 261-083.
